How much does Shipping Cost?

Each product page has a Delivery Options tool where you can enter your postcode; the shipping cost will appear, plus the estimated delivery time. Please remember that once you start adding more products to your order the overall cost can change and you can see this in the Checkout Page.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

All trade orders will incur a shipping charge.

How long do you take to Dispatch my Order?

We try to verify and check all orders ASAP most orders are checked within 2-3 hours but can take up to 2-3 full business day in busy periods like sales.

We do manage to dispatch over 90% of orders the same day that are received before 1pm

How long will my order take to Ship to me?

Couriers collect from our Sydney warehouse everyday, sometimes twice per day. The indicated Shipping Time in the checkout for your area is an indication and guide only, as this is provided to us by the courier companies.

Can I change or Cancel my Order?

If your order has not been verified and already picked by our warehouse; yes you can. You should email us with the changes you require ASAP so we can manually process the changes and contact you. Once your order details have been sent to the Courier then we cannot stop the package unfortunately.

Who do you use to Ship my Order?

We try to offer you the best and lowest cost shipping options; no matter where you are located in Australia. We generally use Startrack or TNT for all trade customer orders as they have the largest coverage and provide a faster service/transit times. In addtion Australia Post eParcel is available for non time sensitive orders.
